Coolant Mod for 2v

I'm looking coolant mod for my 2v and was hoping that it would contain a parts list and some pics. thanks

i think i'm going to hold off doing that mod. price is ridicolous in my opinion. maybe there's another maker.

i cant remember the prices, but check with Randy from Liberty Ford over on modularmisfits.com to see what kind of price he can get you. just tell him you need the prices of all the parts for the cooling mod for a 2v 4.6

i think thats only for the 4v heads... i neverheard of the 2v haveing cooling problems exept the 96's and thats with the radiators.

only the supercharged 2v cars have the cooling issue and need the cooling mod. n/a cars dont really need it. it doesnt hurt to have it on n/a cars (i almost got it on my car this time around when the heads were off, but didnt want to spend anymore money), but you dont need it.

I know i'm doing it for the 4v and that one pictured is a little higher but it is well worth it. Its made out of metal and works right... the other one has problems to say the least

You can do it with hardware store parts, it's easy.

With any Power adder you need this mod. The only cylinders I HAVE EVER SEEN BLOW out are the back drivers 2 pistons and I guarantee it's because of detonation and temp being to high because of higher temp in that area of the block. I'd bet 70% of blown motors on stock bottom ends come from this.
