I have a 1994 cobra 5.0 the fan only comes on at low speeds even when I cut the ac on still low speed and is not cooling the car but I unplugged the fan and used a doner pig tail wired it up straight to the battery and it works on high speed and cools the car so what can I do to make the fan come on like It should without modifying anything ?thanks

AS stated above. The CCRM houses the relays for both fan controls and more. It's mounted to bracket over the radiator and hangs next to the expansion tank.
If the low speed isn't keeping the car cool without the a/c on then your probably due for a rad flush or replacement. or possibly a water pump replacements if everything else ck's out.
Another thought, do you still have the air dam that hangs under the bottom of the car from the core support?
