Need some advice:

I recently installed the Koni Yellows and the ride is much improved but now I need to buy new front tires since mine are dry rotting. I have the options below (price-wise I'm staying cheap because I'll be getting 18's or 19's eventually.

Summito for $122 or Cooper for $138?

I've heard good and bad about both. I'm leaning towards Cooper but I'll only be getting two 245/45/17 for the fronts.

I've heard really good things about the federal 595 from the autocross crowd. Cheap but perform well.
