Has anyone repaired a cracked exterior A-pillar on 94-98 coupe that was done when windshield was improperly installed? Can you let me know how you made the repair?

those things are a PIA to get off which is why the person replacing the windshield didn't do it right and remove the pillars. How big is the crack? You could work some plasticweld into it or you might need to make it a little larger with a cutting wheel and then fill it/glue it as it would give more surface area for the glue to adhere.

A junk mustang I had before scrapping it off, I thought it be a great idea to remove the Apillars. Get a little practice and if successfully removed, id sell them. Long story short, it was a fail. Them bastards are brittle

Yup agree! There is a 3min LMR video on YouTube that shows how to remove them. Went to a You-Pick yard took me an 1hour to get them off, LOL!
