i have everthing ready if i want to, but i have to try to convince my parents taht this won't just absolutly make my car not drive anymore, they are getting kinda annoying about the whole not lowering thing because it will RUIN the car.
but i want to pull the springs, cut the dead coil off, put back in w/o isos
pros and cons?
how bad will my ride qualty be?
and is this a good or bad idea, to lower stang without spending money?

Stock springs don't have dead coils, they are linear rate springs. As long as you don't go too crazy cutting coils it should still ride pretty good, removing the isos will probably make it ride harder than cutting the springs.

I removed right at 1 1/4 coil from the rear but keep the isolators and the car still rides and handles good.
