Dads 98 cobra throwing codes how to fix

So my pops 98 cobra is throwing 2 codes, and I'm not sure what to do to fix them.
The first one is
P1443 Evaporative Emission Control System - Vacuum System - Purge Control Solenoid or Purge Control Valve fault.( I don't even know where to look for this one)

* P1516 Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) fault.
He doesn't have a manual so I can't look this stuff up.
Anyone able to help?

p1516 means your IMRC is just dirty take your intake off and clean them. and if you want to prevent this from happening again get a steeda oil seperator for after your pvc valve 69 dollor part that will prevent you from doing it again. as for the evap code still tracking mine down I think it is the egr vale but dont know yet.

On my 95 the solenoid is by the firewall on the passenger side. Right by the A/C filter dryer. This line takes the vapors from the tank and puts them in the intake.
