I've had the roush body since 98... I've loved it and washed it many times.
But, I'm ready for a change, so here's where my car is at so far... :)

I had a HUGE itch to go with a Roush kit on mine, but for the life of me I couldn't find many decent photos of an sn95 car...oh well I guess, I'll be happy with this little Cobra front I got.

i personally would've stuck w/ the roush kit--not too many 94-98 roush guys out there. that front, though... never liked the roush front end.

nice car, though! should definately give a little more *grunt w/ the head swap.

Thanks for the props guys.

I've enjoyed the Roush body, and I'm gonna miss the side exhaust.

I debated getting a new cobra, but decided to keep mine, and make it better.
Little less show, alot more go.

The headswap was waaaaaaay worth it. I gained 95 rwhp, at 4800 ft, and an average tune.
I could get more out of it, but i"ll be retuning in the near future with the addition of some turbos'.

Saleen body, no, I"m not doing it.
I considered it.
The front cover you spotted is a 2000 saleen style piece I tried, but it wasn't made very good,
so after wasting a bunch of time, I sent it back. I now know how the front end comes apart.

I'm going for the abc cobra front with the splitter, stock sides, S281 spoiler, and maybe the saleen rear cover.
Just finishing up on going through my whole suspension,
I dropped my car 2 1/2" (coil overs) and there was no way the Roush front or side pipes would clear the gutters here in UT.

body's next.

then blowers.

Time and money, wish I had more of both... :)

sweet man that looks good allways liked that hood.

you know whats funny

Thats exactally what I planned to do, but for now im just going to add the S281 spoiler (I allready have the ABC/Cobra front).

I orignally planed to have the SVO sideskirts as well with the side exhaust but like you I have coil-overs and I think I might have a clearence problem with them?

hey I gotta ask you Dalamar do you find that water likes to sit in the little holes in your wheels (not lugnut ones the ones inbetween) and turn dirty then drip out over your wheels? I find water gets trapped in mine then turns kinda rusty from the brakes and drips out over my wheels, mabye thats only worse with chrome? Any tips?

Thanks Sweetstang, post up some pix of you hood when it's ready.

Matt94 - that's cool. I c we both have good taste!

On the wheels, I haven't had rust come from those holes, I try to dry them out when wash it.
It's not my daily driver.

Nice wheels BTW!
Where your wheels are chromed, rust can start at the edge of chrome plating, like just insdie the hole...
maybe you could clean it out with solvant and a qtip, and coat it inside with something.
paint, wax, even grease, just to seal it up so it won't oxidize.

I was thinking of plugging the back of the holes (on the side that mouts on the spindle) with a little ball of wax, becuase its just rust from the spindles/brakes. or mabye ill just toss a coate as well of paint on the spindles.

Thanks Ram - I got it from Duganracing.com
It's a custom version of the saleen, slightly higher cowl,
Fit perfect.
