I'm in the middle of a full rebuild and my stock 66,000 mile radiator always cooled just fine. However while the car is out maybe I should pick up one of the Mishimotos and throw that in there? I'd like to not spend the money but I also would like to make sure I run cool. The stock rad never had any problems keeping me cool even in traffic in almost 100 degree weather with the air on. Maybe I should just install the stocker and if it sucks THEN get a new rad? I am gonna have an autometer mechanical water temp gauge in there this time so I'll know if its getting too hot.

I can barley keep mine cool. I have a Mishumoto and 180 t-stadt. And as long as Im driving above 40mph it stays pretty cool. But in traffic, forget about it. 210+ IF I keep the heater on full blast. If got 2 fans too. A 14 in rear and a 10 in front. Dont get me wrong. the Mishu does a WAY better job than the brand new stocker I had. Timings set at 10. Rads been burped. I cant figure it out....

But yeah you cant go wrong with a Mishu.

Well I dunno I'm anal retentive about these sorts of things. I guess I'll just toss the stocker in and see how well it does. If it sucks then I'll just buy the damn mishimoto.
