Difference between these two smoked headlights being sold at BOI?

I cant decide on what smoked head lights I want, to make matters worse, now BOI has two sets of smoked 94-98 lights on their site. I know one version of the lights is pretty common and sold at alot of places on the net. Are the second link ones an actual smoked lens, or just black housing? If it's just the housing, I imaging they would light up alot better at night, and would be similar to the Black Beauty Lights that 50resto sells. I do like the more smoked ones though, and they are cheaper.

Who here is running what?

first set looks darker, but other than that i don't see a difference.

I thought I bought the 1st set, (#HL1115). When I pulled up the 2nd pic, (#215736S), that was the picture I saw. I think? I really don't know that ?. I this time ordered from Art's, supposed to be the same lights.

It says the 1st has amber side markers!! I'm guessing that will be that orange dot?

i saw that notation too, but i didnt see any difference in the pictures aside from maybe a slight overall shade difference.

First ones have amber side markers and a cobra style housing, second ones are much cleaner.

Same ones as the second link. There is a lot of speculation about the darkness of the smoked headlights that I really don't want to get into now but I will say the angle and lighting and the color of the car has a lot to do with how dark they look. I can get you a close up of my headlight if you'd like to see they are identical to the ones in the second link and also the same ones as on that white car.

A closeup would help alot!
