Diffrence in Chin Spoilers????

I am looking at getting a Mach1 Chin Spoiler and I see that american muscle has one for our cars. Is that one identical to the ones for the 99-04's? Or are they really made for our cars? Just wondering because I can get one for a 99+ real cheap new, thats why I was wondering.
