Nope, never done it before on a mod motor. But I don't think it will be a fun job on a OHC.

Actually Not Hard At All. You Need This Tool OTC (OTC7928) Ford Valve Spring Compressor Tool (Around $103-$150). Dont remove camshaft, slide tool under camshaft and place forks around top of valve spring, push down and remove keepers with a magnate of some sorts, then boom out comes spring & valve
