Does OD Off light come on during idiot light test?

1995 Mustang GT with automatic transmission.

When you turn your key to the Run position, without cranking the engine, so that all the idiot lights come on, does the OD off light come on also?

Trying to troubleshoot my light.

normally if you have a dash warning light out, the car will let you know by beeping for 20 secs after you start it.
