Remove bulb?

Just curious, why would you want that? My 67 doesnt have an interior light and its quite obnoxious fumbling around at night when I get home.

there are times when i don't want to be seen getting in and out of my car :icon_rr: so i want to be able to open my door without the light coming on, whithout removing the bulb. most newer vehicles have a dome override button.

i was hoping someone knew of a simple mod, kinda like our little fog light wiring mod

your car is red, its not that inconspicuous...

the only thing i can think of would be to put a switch inline of the wires. i don't know where they are fished down through but you have 4 to choose from. shouldn't be too hard as it will be the only set that far up. use a volt meter to find out which one goes hot when you open the door.
