I recently replaced my t-5 and in the process, I changed my u-joints, and also installed a poly trans mount. Now I have a bad vibration above 2500 rpm's and I am thinking I might have re-installed the forward yoke of the driveshaft 180 degrees out, will this cause that bad of a vibration?? Thanks for the input in advance.

The driveshaft does have to be clocked properly. There is a dot on the DS as well as the rear that you need to line up. However using the poly trans mount with stock rubber motor mounts is a known vibration culprit. Try changing back to a stock style rubber mount OR you could change to urethane motor mounts.
