Drivers side window goes up too far? (SN95-Cobra)

Just started doing this (SN95 - 98 Cobra). I went to close the door and the window now hits (by about 1-1.5 in) the side of the convertible top. What gives? I know the body is still bone solid straight (GW sub frame connectors). So, it must be some sort of top limiter window stop?

yup you'll need to take the door panel off.
a haynes manual will be able to walk you through what you need to know.

My LH side 1/4 window was about 1/2" higher than it was supposed to be. I have this fixed when my conv top jacked up. I was having a lot of work done, so I just dropped it off. When I got it, it was fixed.

Now it never rolls up all the way. I've got to pull it all the way up when I wash it. I'll have the same buys fix that.
