Everyone has thier opinions but Im going to say wet shot. When you spray dry you are dependant on the internal fuel system to accomidate your nitrous needs. When you spray wet, you are giving and additional dose of fuel to suppliment the nitrous. Do wet, it hits harder anyway.

Ive had nitrous on 2 cars already. Had a Zex dry, Zex wet, and NX kit (they only do wet BTW). It was night and day on the Zex dry/wet. Zex does take alot of guess work out of it but its not as easy to tune. NX is the kit I will swear by now so thats what I recommend.

What size shot are you looking to spray? If you are going nasty then maybe look into direct port with a supplement fuel cell. Id feel comforatable with a NX wet shot on 125 or less.

So like a 75-125 wet shot from NX.

If its a stock motor, then at least do the following (before you turn your motor into a metal salad)... larger intank pump (doesnt have to be a 255lph...something more than stock, like a 190lph!?)...AND turn the timing down....2 degrees for every 50HP of nitrous, plus another 2 degrees for safety....

If you have an upgraded fuel system than you can support a dry shot... i like the wet shot myself... I'll be putting a 50 dry shot on my Cobra soon... i don't know if it will hold it with the power that i am right now... I have 60 lb injectors with an A1000 pump 17 psi out of a D1 blower and 602 WHP... i want to see about 650 this season, but i doubt that the block will hold up... Still on stock 302 block... i have a DART block sitting in my garage that I'll start the built on in the next few weeks... Waiting on this baby to pop...

My DART block it's just the block, 4 bolt main .030 over... I don't have a rotating assembly for it yet... I can make it a 306, but if i end up doing anything with it i will make it a stroker motor... I have a 306ci based on a stock block in my car now... It's a stock rod, stock crank, DSS Pro Lite pistons, main and valley girdles... I bought the DART block for $1200 all ready to go, machined and everything, ready to be assembled... (i could not pass on a deal that good) I just need crank, rods and pistons... Thats why i have been thinking about a stroker... I just want to see how far i can push this stock block without splitting it down the middle first...

Ya when you split it tell me what it took, so that I can stay away from that point.

Well... Some will say that the 602 WHP that I'm pushing now is too much, and I agree but it has held up for 2 years... IF you want to run it safe stay under 500 WHP and 6000 RPM...
