Dyno Tune Baby!

Going to Phoenix on Tuesday to get a Dyno Tune. Finally.

And Paul I took your suggestion. Going to AZ Dyno Chip...

they are good guys there they did my mustang right before I left last october. Tell them scott said Hi and my mustang made it back to indiana and I have not had an issue since. They will remember my green 94 gt as the I lost the crank on the dyno, but it is a long drawn out story and not their fault. They dropped a new motor in and tuned it and sent me on my way, they will take good care of you.

I just got back from getting tuned. I was there from 9AM to 7PM.... It went really good. Ill post up in a little bit. Gonna go take a shower with my woman first...

Okay.

So yesterday I went to AZ Dyno Chip. It was a long day only because I also needed him to help me with my idle issues ect. Now that the car was all buttoned up, he put it on the dyno.
The first run was 275rwhp / 301tq. After the tuning, I ended up getting 296 / 310. Im pretty happy with the results. It was also 115* outside so it was HOT. But all in all Im happy.


Oh and while i was there a 1999 SS Camaro was there. He just finished putting in a LS7. 480 RWHP... I was like wow...

I remember sweating it out with mine out there, they said they always check/fix the idle before they do the tune when I was there.

I think it was just off of ray and I-10. They are actually back in a small shopping complex, AZ dyno chip or I think they also go by AZDC

^^ I'm curious to know that too. My numbers were on a Mustang Dyno, so It would be interesting to see what yours was on, considering our cars are VERY similar lol.

Yes its a 5.0 with a 5 speed....

i wasnt being a smart ass, ive seen cars putting less than 280 with the tfs kit

Mine was a Dynojet. And it is right off Ray and the 10. Also, Keith was a very good guy. He actually said himself that he was very surprised to see my almost at 300rwhp. He was expecting around 275..

Mustang dyno, don't think there is a dynojet within 5 hours of driving of where I live lol.
