E Brake rattle / vibration

Ok everyone, I have the dreaded E Brake rattle / vibration. It goes away if I grab the ebrake handle (not engaging it). Its becoming a habit and I'd like to get rid of the vibration. Any and ALL suggestions are welcome!!!

You need to adjust it in the tunnel and take some slack out its right above the drive shaft
