Hello, I Recently replaced the fuel pump, and afterward I went to clear the codes. As soon as I plugged in my OBD scanner into the data link connector, the EEC fuse started blowing.
Now the EEC fuse blows every time the ignition is turned on. I already replaced the CCRM fuse, but it’s still happening. I’ve checked the wiring around the data link connector and haven’t found anything obvious yet.
The car started after replacing the fuel pump and drove only when i tried resetting the light is when it started blowing
Anyone know what I should check next or what commonly causes this on these cars? Any help would be appreciated.
