Hey all. I am in the process of changing my headers on my car to some aftermarket shorties on my 94. I have tried to put on the EGR tube and it wasn't going to fit by a long shot. Has anybody else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it? I have already tried bending it and have gotten really close, but no luck. All help is greatly appreciated!

sounds like you put in a spacer as well? Holley makes an adaptor that just screws into the top of it and makes it easy or you can cut/weld another piece of pipe in.

The thing that sucks is that I am here in California.. I wish I were in FL like you g36 monkey.. screw smog!!

If I were to attach the pipe to the manifold and try to get it on the EGR valve, it wasn't bent even close to where it had to be. It was about 1/4" too high and the bend wasn't sharp enough. I have gotten the pipe to where it is 1/2 way under the EGR valve, but no luck. On top of that, if I were to bend it more.. I dont even think the threads from the nut would line up with the threads of the valve.

Peter.. PLEASE find me another tube. Idk any other people with 94/95 mustangs other than you, Brad, and this one other cat. And still no luck finding a tube. If you can get me one, I'm just going to ask my friend to weld it for me.
