EGR valve

my engine light is on for the EGR valve its KOEO code 332. i checked the egr valve and cleaned it. and put a new position sensor on for it. after i drive for a while the light comes on and stays on for the whole time i drive. what should i do next. thanks.

if u know someone with a vacuum hand pump u could hook it to the egr to make sure the valves not hanging

when i had the egr valve off for my header swap i pulled vacuum on it and it moved freely and didnt stick

try pulling it off use a hand vacuum pump to open it and use a pen knife to clean the carbon off the stem under the vacuum diaphragm, you will have to work through the openings in the housing to get all the way around, just that little bit of carbon was holding mine open just enough to get a code. be careful not to scratch the shaft thats were it seals. hope this helps
