Ive finally decided on a set of springs, i decided not to go with a lowering kit and want to purchase a Drag Kit since my car is not gonna see a road course any time soon and the local drag strip is about 30 minutes from my house. I just wanted to ask everyone what im going to need.

Will i need Caster Camber plates? Im not sure because I dont think this will lower the car.

UPR sells a front and rear spring isolator kit with their Eibach Drag Kit, Should i purchase this aswell?

Thanks, Any info is Appreciated.

well it really depends on a few things, to build a good drag suspension (half way decent one) first i'd say go with a good drag kit (springs) and then go with UPR Pro Series Double Adjustable Upper Control Arms UPR Lowers with spherical bushings for housing. That should be enough to get rid of wheel hop and cause your car to squat giving you the desired traction... IMO that is one way to do it

I dont look forward to buying adjustables, im going with a set of control arms and lowers that are already set, i figure it would still be half decent.

Does anyone know if i'll need CC plates? and should i buy the isolator kit?

Stock isolators should be OK for the time being. Only real reason they're in there is to keep from squeaking.
I took mine out just to drop the car a little more.

As for CC plates I'm mixed...I'm running sportlines with no CC plates and I don't need them, however I will be doing them when I go coilover in the front....
They aren't a bad idea, however not totally necessary.

Well the reason im asking is that the sportlines will drop your car about 2 inches, the drag kit i wanna go with is not going to drop the car at all so i figure an alignement will be all i will need.

is this right?

No you shouldn't need an alignment for the fact that your ride height doesn't change.

The only reason you would need one is if your ride height significantly changed.
