Electrical Help Needed

Not sure if these issues are related, however my dash lights keep blowing a fuse; additionally, my rear defrost (convertible) isn't working and my fog lamps are not working. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for these? Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

It is a 1998 GT convertible...

Just checked the handbook, looks like those 3 are all on different fuses, might be a short on the dash lights, not sure about the other 2, might be worth checking all the fuses first for those.

My car is missing the fuse box cover for the box under the dash. I believe the fuse diagram is on the back of the cover. Anyone have a fuse box diagram?

Also, is it possible they share a common ground and possibly the ground is loose? If so, where would I find the ground?
