The fuse box next to the battery I assume? I checked it the + looks like a clean strong connection. What would you check next?

Check the harness coming off the bottom of the fuse box as it enters the driver side wheel house. Could be a rat chewed it up. Before the effort starts getting too involved, though, check for voltage at the cigarette lighter. It should be always hot. Anything less than 12 means the batt is too low or there is a dead cell or more.

And after If both are good im looking at a new wiring harness?

so assuming your charged battery is good(and this is an assumption and not always the case) I am not going to beat a horse about testing the battery anymore.

I would start at the starter relay under the hood. You will need someone to turn the key while you check the voltage, or put another relay in there and you can assume it is good and if the other relay was bad then it would fix it. Again repairs based on assumptions can take a while....

I had a similar issue in that I would have the car running, and it would shut off. If I turned the key, a crank, then clicks, then nothing. No electricity. I checked the battery and my cable ends were not clean on the inside. I also found a dirty ground but I don't think that was the issue. After cleaning them with some abrasive pad, the car started right up and was perfect.

I would check your battery cable ends and the cables themselves first. This may seem obvious but you didn't mention checking it, and it is easy to get ahead of ourselves when stuff like this happens. Also, the fact that you lost power when you stalled out and turned the key most likely means the battery is no longer part of the cars electrical circuit, due to a bad connection.
If you have a bad cell in the battery can cause problems to chargers/jumper boxes. Grab a meter and check the voltage, we need to start simple/stupid or we feel stupid in the end.
Often times if you have a bad cell the offending cell's electrolyte will be dark or it will boil with a load on the battery.

So I checked the wires all around the fuse box wiggled em all and they had no visible damage, except one connector that looked ashy but it wasnt connected to the fuse box. Ive been looking for my volt meter and couldn’t find it so i tried a “test light” and it was nice and bright before I did anything then I turned the key and it dimmed out, connected jumper box it was nice and bright again, then when I tried to crank it started flashing and something in driver side of trunk started clicking

drivers side of the trunk, the inertia switch is back there that could be cutting the fuel off. There are two wires on it and they should both have 12v on them for 5 secs after the key is on.

well there is only one connection between there and the fuel pump if fuel is a question.

I used a fuel pressure test kit on it a couple weeks ago for other issue, it read good psi and held it for half an hour

I meant electrical connection, the one at the top of the fuel hat. If it is bad the pump will not turn on or have enough power.

So I recharged the battery again and reseated battery and connections a couple of times now its back to starting I guess my issue was one of the wires was kinked or something i have no idea, now back to my first issue of not idling, hard start, no start when warm should i stay on this thread or create a new one?

a kinked wire will not limit voltage. A bad connection at the battery can. If you can grab it and turn it/move it, it is not tight enough
