The engine is stalling because it's letting a huge amount of unmetered air into the engine.
trying to find out why? pvc is good sprayed around intake any other ideas why its pulling so much air into engine

Time out guys. The pcv goes to the intake and the intake sucks pressure (air) out of the crankcase. If you open the oil cap while running you are introducing a bunch of fresh air in to the crankcase in turn going in to the intake, that’s the definition of a vacuum leak. Take the hoses off the intake pipe, the ones going to the pcv and manifold, then plug off the intake pipe holes. Now run it and see if it dies with the oil cap off. I’ll bet it doesn’t.
