is it possible that my flywheel is bad if i have a vibration that starts out small but increases just sitting still and revving up the motor? ive replaced everything but the clutch and flywheel setup. no problems with the clutch but i can't think of anything else that it could be. this is on a modified 95 gts. it puts down 325 to the wheels. everything from the harmonic damper to the alumn drives shaft. it is very minimal now but it will throw a cel above 4500 rpm. then it really is noticeable .maybe go with an aluminum flywheel?it has a cobra clutch in it now.any ideas?

i have changed everything but the clutch setup. i have a king cobra clutch that has not given me any issues. can the flywheel go out of balance?maybe cause a vibration? should i put n an aluminum flywheel? would that help? i already have a alum drive shaft from strange and i pulled it out recently to make sure that the u joints were moving free. they are. the harmonic balancer was changed last fall it helped a little bit.not sure what else to look for. the only thing that hasn't been changed was the flywheel.this motor had an automatic behind it. so i put in a new pilot bearing when i put it in my 95. the motor was out of a 91 lx with no problems.it has 71000 miles on it. i kept the short block but transferred all of my trick flow stuff.from the 95 motor.( it blew a head gasket at 165000 miles)i did go with polyurethane motor and trans mounts.
