Well as for the KOER Test, I haven't successfully ran one for awhile, as this always pops up.

Unable to retrieve Cylinder ID or DTCs perfom KOER test until DTC 11 or 111

And as for the KOEO Test, see the following.

DTC:172 HEGO (HO2S) seonsor fault/lean
DTC:556 Fuel pump relay primary circuit fault
DTC:332 Insufficient EGR flow detected

I'm guessing the EGR is plugged up, thinking about tossing it anyways... But as for the other 2, could they be related? The fuel pump primes just like it always has.

Problems I've noticed.....Sometimes its hard to start, kinda like its missing, will sort of run below 500 rpm's and struggle a little to get up to idle. Once its at 1000 or higher it sounds fine. Sometimes if I put it to the wood, it stumbles and falls on its face, like it wants to go faster but keeps surging. I just replaced the fuel filter, it'd been awhile figured it needed it. New IAC this summer, and cleaned the throttle body. Prob need to clean the MAF again. I did the whole seafoam treatment in May if that has any consolation.....

Well sounds like you & me are fighting the same problem? Although I will say since I Cleaned my IAT & MAF sensors, replaced my Fuel pump relay (the one in the fuse block in the engine compartment) it has only happened a couple times and went right away, Not sure whats up with that?? Anyways, I have a CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) in route to hopefully cure this 556 code and running issue's once and for all! From what I have been told, this little gem can cause MAJOR nightmares and does control the Fuel pump from the CPU side. I am also replacing the TFI Module as well..... Figured I have swapped everything else out, Why stop now?!?!? lol

Anyways, just a few things to think about? You may also want to read through my (2) threads below? Here is a link http://www.sn95forums.com/showthread.php?61728-Weird-Problem-Just-got-A-LOT-WORSE!!!-(PART-2) and the other one that started off as a fan problem http://www.sn95forums.com/showthread.php?61569-Weird-Fan-Problem-HELP-PLEASE There's a lot of good info from other members here that were kind enough to chime in when I was literally banging my damn head against this same problem(s).

Good luck Bro!

Start cheap. Clean your MAF and IAT. Replace your fuel filter. A varnished up filter can do a lot of bad. My 01 Exploder threw lean codes and the pump got all loud and whiny. Thing wouldn't start, ran funny half of the time. Threw an $11 filter on and the CEL went away and it runs like it doesn't have 200,xxx miles on it. Haha.

IAT and MAF were pretty dirty. Cleaned them yesterday and reset the ECU. It wouldn't start yesterday morning, finally did in the afternoon. Definitely doesn't stumble anymore.....The KOER test still doesn't work.
