94 vert, flowmaster 40 series, and a x pipe..i duno what brand, uhh not really cold air intake, but it doesn't have the box, it has a clamp on air filter, 3.73 gears, and I just added gt40 heads with trick flow springs, and gt40 exploder intake. Isn't all back together, but what do you think it will be, and will the heads/intake make a nice improvement?

Also, what should I set my timing at? I know that base timing is 10*, but what is everyone running with gt40s?

I run right at 10 idle (I have a carb'd explorer motor in my car). Didn't notice much gain bumping it up. As far as HP goes I'm with got5.0, probably around 230.

Estimating e-horsepowers is a useless endeavour. If it means that much to you, go run it at the track and we'll make an informed decision based on your MPH.

you opened up the intake and exhaust a little bit and the new heads breath a little better although limited by the cam means it is waaaaaay to early to hope you are gaining hp.
