    btw its called capoeira, its brazilian dancing/fighting martial arts. dunno how effective it is, but it is cool looking.

    I've studied Capoeira for the last 3-4 years, I love it! Although, I wouldn't only use those techniques if I needed to defend myself. I studied Chinese Kenpo, Jeet Kun Do, and Mauy Thai growing up. If I were in a jam, I'd resort to some of that first...... :thumb:
