exhaust help

so i want exhaust for my car (1996 mustang gt). I don't want to spend more then $300 but want a nice deep sound that is louder then stock. I was thinking of a MAC cat back (where is a good place to buy one). What are you opinions on them? Also i wanted to get h pipes but will o/r h pipes pass emissions? (Washington state). If i got them though i would probably get the cat back first then h pipes later and have a shop install the h pipes since they are a BITCH to get off. What do you guys thing is a good exhaust set up thats not to much?

Just buy some dynomax bullets and have them welded in. they are like 30 a piece.

Probably Mac or Flowmaters are your best bet.

I will go with mac,slp,or spintech pro streets.they sound pretty good on the mod motors.

yes, pretty much all aftermarket catbacks will make the car louder.
