Exhaust Tips

Hey Guys! I have seen some exhaust tips on some peoples cars here and I would like to get some for my mustang. I would like to get some chrome rolled edge tips that are about 13'' long and are the weld on type not clamp on. I need some that will fit my 2 inch exhaust, the type of tips that start off small at the back and form to 3'' tips if anyone knows what Im talking about. I would like to know where you got them and how much they might cost, if you can that will be greatly appreceated! Thanks Guy's!!

I know what you are talking about .... i know mac sells some good looking ones that are like 12 inches long and they make a good 3" or so rolled tip deal... but one question... how did you get a 2" exaust on your stang... b/c ours are 2 1/2"

i love my SLP tips, they are clamp style, but can be welded, and the are 2.5" inlet, then the are double walled for 3.5" at the tip, i love the way they look from the back as double walled instead of just rolled. i was thinking about rolled tips too.

FYI you can get them on SLP's website, and i got mine for half price because they have a scratch on top of them right where the hangar connects, but its under the bumper anyways.

just look at there website, and theres a link to click where they sell the dinged stuff for cheap.

I'm in the same boat as you are. I want to get some aftermarket tips to make it look as good as it sounds. There's some sweet ones on ebay for like 50 bucks, and there chrome. Fits 2.5 inch pipe, and exits at 3 inches.

i got some 2.5" or 3" magnaflows with a rolled tip.. traded the 3.5" ones i got with the catback for them.

should be able to find some at your local exhaust shop or performance store.

Because some catbacks, like Flowmaster, have tips that look like they belong on my 76 F250, not on a nice car.

nothing looks better IMO than the pipes coming out the back of the car. Tips are for trucks and strippers.
