Feeler Thread for my Car,

Hey All,

I have my car up forsale to see if i can sell it, I am not gettting alot of intereted, I realize it's a bad time on year to sell a mustang, but other then that, can you guys take a look at my ad and give me some feedback on what i could do to move it faster?, I do plan on getting another car in the near future, I have just had enough of this car, I have put way to much money, time and energy into it, And i am still unable to drive it confidently.

Should i part it out?, The motor is brand new, and isn't even broken in yet...and the cobra hood in probly worth a few hundred...

Any help or advice would be apperciated

i think i'd take out the "should be good for 300+ HP", factory Cobras were only rated at 240 bhp. And maybe you have a dyno sheet or something, i don't know, but i don't know if you could make 300 hp without a tune on that combination.....let the buyer make the assumption....just do a parts breakdown, kinda show how much money you've got "invested" and then they can decide if it'll be worth the money. Also for the buyers coming by and start pointing out faults and why you should lower your price.....tell them to piss off because if what you have isn't what they want, go look some where else......if they want it....they'll be back. that's just my opinion dude.....

I was pretty sure the price was good, And i guess your right about the HP thing, Other then 24Lbs injectors it's a cobra motor and they only made 240 So yeah I see your point... Oh well I guess it's a waiting game then, And if i had a hood to throw on it, I would sell you mine

But i am sure the car will sell better with it on...I updated the ad with where the motor was built as well...

Yeah, So for now I have decided to keep the stang, I'll pick away at the stuff needed as money becomes available... I just can't see me taking such a HUGE loss on it... I was able to burrow a battery charger and got it running and moved back into the garage...
