My cousin jsut got a LT1 4th gen, so I may give that a shot in the '94 Cobra

I had two WRX try to race last night, the first just as I left my apartment, engine dead cold, not even registering on the gage yet. He kept revving and being stupid, flooring it thru stoplights.

the second WRX was on the highway, and my engine was warm for that one. he's prolly still wondering what happened.

That is what I have. An '03 Focus ZX3. Bone stock with a 5-speed. Slow as old snails screwing. I don't dare race anything with it. Which sucks cause my old 3.2TL I used to race people with every now and then and surprise the wee out of them. The kid with the Cobalt SS with the fartcan is probably still in disbelief after seeing a large, silent car with 4 people laughing hysterically smoke him over and over. Surprised my friend with his stock Bullitt as I was running with him door to door from a roll. I miss my TL.

I wanna eat the LT1 for lunch....would ported/polish heads and intake(gt40) and a e303 full exhaust 70mm tb and gers do that?

What would I need to do to beat the LT1 with a '94 gt?

I raced one that was auto and I pulled him :dontknow: I didn't pull him till i was in second and after third he was starting to catch back up but couldn't pass me. I know It had some crazy loud exaust but I don't know if it had anything else. All I had was exhaust.... :dontknow: I 'm guessin he just sucked at driving or something because I only ran a 14.7 at the track.

even crappy driving a turbo lt1 should pull atleast a 13

Depends on what the LT1 has done to it. Stock they arn't very fast. Somewhere around low 14's in the 1/4. My '94 GT with a mild H/C/I setup and 3:73 gears without spray pulls high 12's / low 13's in the 1/4.
