fixing a front bumper hack job

it looks like a 4 year old put my front bumper on. I'm looking for "instructions" on how to properly put the front bumper on.. pics would help aswell

Rivets are part of a OEM bumper.

Its all pushpins to put it on besides the two bolts on each side that mount on the fender. Those metal brackets are held onto the bumper by two rivets. I have never seen a bumper come with that many screws like latemodel sells..ever. And I run a bodyshop.

Forgot to mention the bumper is sagging ALOT.. i can move the bumper up and down with ease. What are the key points in getting the bumper to stay up? and where are they located?

u may need a new bumper support and a front bumper insulator maybe even a header panel.
