I have a 302 with flat top pistons, compression at 9.2 compression. I also have some GT-40P heads and a Crower 15512 cam with 496 lift on intake side and 512 on the exhaust side, duration is 282/286.

My question is, will i have issues with Piston to Valve Clerance with my set up?

It should be fine, but you should ALWAYS check it. It only takes a few minutes to clay the pistons, bolt the heads on, install a couple of rockers and rotate the engine BY HAND. Pull the heads and check the clearance my measuring the clay. If your heads have not been shaved significantly and your pistons are not above the deck, you should have plenty of clearance with that setup. Hope this helps.
