I had this done, too! I was there watching though!! The bumper did not need to come off. I thought my car did not have fogs. It turns out, they just had a black metal piece covering them up! I bought the other ones so I had them put on. When I bought my smoked lights, the same ordeal! I think a screw holds them up, I'm really guessing on that though! It might be 2 screws!

You can do it without removing the bumper, IIRC 3 10mm bolts hold the bracket to the radiator core support. Not too bad of a job, did both fogs in half an hour or so.

*That, and the fog itself is held to the bracket by 2 phillips head screws, just remembered that part of it.
