Fox rear end

I have an extra fox rear end laying around and I was wondering if it would fit in my 95 GT. I'm planning on using my brakes and doing a full rebuild on it with 3.73 gears and just using the housing.

you shouldnt have any problems.. i put a 96 rear end in my fox.. im pretty sure they were basically all interchangeable from 79-04 as far as the 8.8 goes..

how much narrower is the fox rear end? cause if i put an sn95 8.8 in my fox that means i have a little more wheel clearance on the inside...

The housing isn't narrower, but the axles are shorter which makes the rear track narrower.
