shouldnt be hard at all. it cant be more than 4 bolts and if you have electric seats then add in a plug. move the seat all the way forward and get the two back bolts then slide it all the way back to get the front two bolts.

yea remvoing that seat won't take you 5 minutes. It's 4 bolts not big deal. good for at least 25 lbs. Remove it with other stuff(spare tire, jack, sub box etc) you could be up to a 100 lbs pretty quick.

Im gonna remove the rear seat, passenger seat, and my front sway bar next time I go to the track.
The trunk is gutted
The cars gonna be pretty empty inside.

It is super simple, and a manual seat is gonna be about 30-40 lbs (not much at all). :thumb:

yea, but things add up. Im sure ill see a differance with a gutted trunk, no back seat, no passenger seat, no front sway bar, and the lighter welds.

sway bar is kind of a waste.. you may pick up a little bit but not much.. just unattach the end links and itll help with weight transfer

i wouldnt want the ends flapping around hitting the a-arms etc... it's an extra 4 bolts to disconnect the bushing
brackets. do work.

tell that to the 8 second quarter mile drivers.. you have to know what your doing, not just anyone can drive a car to sub 11's. Sorry you fail to see that, but its how it is. All auto X and course driving is, is following a good line.. i know i've done it, won 30+ races and placed in the top 3 many times in circle track and road course racing.
