Well I ordered a King Cobra Clutch kit on Feb 27 of 08 it is now march 16 of 08. this mothaFu8*a ask me if I order from ebay or website told them website. After i ask told its been 7 days and the clutch has come, he says will the product is on back order if you check my ebay store you will see that. So I said ok I'll call back in a few days. Called back now he says the order have been sent out so it should be there on tuesday or wednesday, I told him I give it tell friday shipped by united states postal service. Friday shi* nothing. If this shi7 isn't here my this tuesday coming up. I'm following paypal instructions to file a claim against this Fu*(er. Well I had a tracking # through email this is what it says: Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on February 27, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.

It use to say please try again. This is the second clutch kit I purchase that didn't come on time or at all. First one was from BrothersPerformance sent by Fedex, Who knows where that went. Last week my summit header where on the UPS truck the guy had 3 items my springs my mom item minus my headers they came after the week end. My luck sucks. i didn't mean to type this much but I'm Fu&8ing pissed.

yeah i think you have like 30 days to file a claim from purchase date...!!!!!!!


it way to hard to deal with i got hosed on some interior off ebay i will never use ebay again or paypal unless i know the person first...

sounds like you got a bad delivery guy too if im reading it right lol

Yes dynamic racing sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took me 3 weeks to get my clutch and steeda cable, quadrant, and firewall adj. I live about 250-300 miles north (I am in North Florida). His voicemail is usually full, he doesn't check his store front e-mail. When I finally received my stuff, only 2 items were correct. I paid for a King Cobra clutch kit, and I received a no name Pressure plate, no name disc, & no name t/o bearing. The steeda kit was the same, I received a stteda quadrant and cable, but the firewall adj was what appears to be a MM fire wall adj (this style has no way to lock the adj in place). I would normally do what ever it takes to screw this guy over, but my car has been down for 3 weeks now, so I have used what was sent and have learned a valuable lesson.

If you have an outstanding order, I would cancel immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

If I hadn't learned to control my temper I would have driven down there and smacked that guy in the mouth!!!!
