Well, second time this has happened to me while driving. My car keeps blowing the 20amp Fuel Pump fuse. Any ideas as to why? Fuel pump going bad or something shorting out? I need ideas.

Thanks guys for any help.

mine did that when my 02 sensors got messed up...two of the wires were touching and caused it to short out...

not sure what could cause that, but DO NOT under any circomstances go up to a higher rated fuse.

Does it pop it as soon as you replace it or down the road a way.?

If it popped as soon as you put a new one in I would suspect a short somewhere. Now just because it doesn 't blow doesn't mean that there is not a short. If could be some inunsulated wire that wen you hit a bunp it then shorts out.

im almost positive i fixed it.. on the passenger side, connecting to the CCRM, there were like 4 wires that were all mangled because of my tiring rubbing, so i fixed them and zip tied them up to were they wont rub.

Did you look to see if any of those wires were bare?
If there were some bare wires and they didn't get taped up, you could have bigger problems down the road. can you say car-b-que.
