Going to remove my intake clean the imrc's I think I have a small vac leak too. There is also a small coolant leak some were in the back side of the engine pass side.. Not sure were yet.. Could be from the heater core lines... Well I can't find the gaskets for the ones our lower intake.. Any body got part numbers

Generally the intake gaskets for our cars are reusable. Which gasket are you needing? The lower IMRC gasket? Being your car is a 98, it "should" have the composite plates in it. The lower uses an O-ring style gasket.

Lower IMRC O ring gasket (the composite only one)

Here is the top IMRC gasket which you really shouldn't need to buy. These generally are ok. But here it is.

Let me know if those are the ones you are needing. If for some reason it has the aluminum plates in it I'll get you the other number.

As far as your coolant leak. It is highly likely going to be the heater core hoses or the coolant out port on the back of the head that the heater hoses connect to.

The intake gaskets are generally all always reusable. If they are not messed up you can reuse them until they somehow magically get ruined. I've never had to replace any of my gaskets and its been apart too many times.

Just in case ill see if I can get you another part number for them. The lower imrcs are generally the only ones that are hard to come by. Local parts stores should be able to get what you need if once u get it apart a gasket needs replaced. Make sure they understand its a 98 though pertaining to gaskets.

You should be fine without replacing them though.

if you're working on your new cobra, before you waste days upon days searching for quick-disconnect heater hoses (like i did) they are just standard pre-shaped hoses with regular old clamps..... Gates is the only company making them any more. Got mine from O'reily (or however the **** you spell it. lol)

i also spent hard earned money on quick-disconnect hoses that didnt work. . .. .. .. just skip those.

Gasket wise I found this MS95925-1 and this MS95833 would that be it... I can get them sent to my local auto parts that way I can return them if I don't use them..

The first one yes, the second on I'm going to say no. The 98 lowers are 98 specific. The second # u put looks like it's for 96/97 based on the design. After some research on other forums, felpros 98 style lower IMRC gasket is on backorder. HAs been for a while.

However, if you need a good set, hop on another forum SVTP,Corral, etc and PM NA SVT (Todd). I'm not sure if he hangs around here or not. Last I heard he had some new ones available, and if he doens't I bet he would have some good used ones.

But, again, I wouldn't replace anything unless you see they are bad. The First part number you posted with the upper intake gasket and the upper imrc gaskets I've NEVER seen go bad.
