Lucky you, I just did this last weekend...
Valve Cover
Upper and Lower Intake
Water Pump
Timing Cover
I recommend doing a front main seal while you're in there (why not?)
Timing Chain
Plenty of Cam Lube
You definitely don't have to drop the pan... just take out the front four bolts on the pan and pull the timing cover straight up and out... it will more than likely rip the oil pan gasket (it did on mine and the gasket was less than 8 months old), so try and cut it at the tops of the valley of the oil pan in the front. Careful not to drop a bunch of leftover gasket material into your oil.
A few other pointers... keep your bolts all seperated, it's a bitch if you have friends helping removing stuff and they have all the bolts together... took us about 3 years to find all the water pump bolts. You may want to buy a water pump bolt kit because if yours are anything like mine, they'll be completely rusted out and useless when you pull them from the block. Make sure your #1 piston is at TDC when you tear stuff apart, will make it MUCH easier to set the timing on the timing chain. And when you replace the timing pointer for setting the timing on the exterior, be sure not to bend the bracket too much or you'll get a helluva bad sound like I did when I first started my car. Thought I was shredding the cam bearing, turned out to be nothing more than the timing pointer rubbing the balancer. Oh... and the first time you fire the car after getting the new cam in, be ready for a helluva loud bang if your timing isn't pretty close... lmao. I've never seen so many people jump so high in the air all at the same time. Good luck man!
