a friend of mine just bought a house and needs the wood floors resanded. he is low on cash but has a powerdyne blower fmu maf piping brackets belts and pulleys. i've installed this unit on his car a few times (when he would blow up motors) so i'll know i've got everything.

the deal is he pays for fuel for me and my boss to drive over (480 miles one way) covers food and a place to crash for 3-4 days and gives me the powerdyne. my boss said he would cover the supplies our labor cost would be the blower as payment.

we have a 19 foot enclosed trailer that will fit all our sanding/coating tools and my car. we will be able to put the blower on with the cars side by side at my friends new house.

this is a silent drive 6 psi system, ran awesome on a stock 302, ran even better on a 306 with an e303 cam and cobra rockers. my car is a little between the two so im sure i'll be happy with it.

sorry just kinda excited struck the deal hammer today on it.

i dont know what size the belts are, but i will be getting all of it from my friend.

also he had the powerdyne rebuilt a year or two ago and only put a hundred or so miles on it. I dont plan to run anything more then 6psi through this, i've seen what it does at 9psi (makes a ton a heat and max's out the head unit)

i have no idea what kind of numbers it'll make but fingers crossed, hope it can put me over the 300hp mark and get me into mind 13's. now remember my car is purely a street car, daily driven and in all its over weight glory 3,750lbs.

it costs about $2 a sq ft to resand a hardwood floor in supplies, plus our travel expenses with the powerstroke and trailer plus labor.

he is getting a dang good deal if you ask me, but so am i in the end. my boss can write off some of the supplies and get extra on the next few jobs so he wont be out anything more then a few days of time and a little labor cost.

EEEEEEEEEE excited!! sorry for so many posts

from what i remember with this unit on his 5.0 was that it would not run anything more then 9psi. he has a 11psi pulley but it wouldn't produce any more flow. (from what i remember)

im not looking to push my motor to the edge but i cant pass up a deal on some easy boost.
after this i'll need a drop, debadged, smoked lights, and light tint.
