I am ordering new headlights tonight (9/5) and I would like some opininions from you guys that may have used either of these, or any other recomendations.

I am looking at these smoked headloghts from Blue Oval Industries.

I am also looking at these black housing headlights from American Muscle.

I am leaning towards Blue Oval due to the fact they come with corners.

How is the quality, fit, and apearance of these lights?

If you want Blue Oval's, look @ their Ebay store! I bought a smoked light set which included headlights, corners, and fog lights. My total was $254, plus shipping. They may have shipped for free, I cannot remember! I took some clear silicone and just made sure they would not leak. I have had them on there for like 2-4 months. No leaks yet. I love how they made my car look!!!

I've got BOI smoked set off ebay.. The headlights are nice but the foglights sucked and they were replaced by another set sold by k2 or something like that one ebay..

learn from me! seal these headlights the second you open them! seriously... i have water all in mine and its annoying, i even sealed them, pretty dang good too.

and also, idk what you would use but put something over the headlights to keep the tint from cracking and oxidizing.. my headlights from Art look absolutely terrible! its nobodies fault except mine i guess... idk.. but do take these extra steps to make them last.. mine look terrible. so much so i am going to have to buy new ones soon. :-\

I've never sealed my BOI lights and they don't get any moisture in them whatsoever..

I've had the same problem :( I had one light replaced and they were both good for about 4 months...then the other seal cracked and i basically put on an inch of silicone to try and seal it again but it already wore a lot of the chrome off from the inside.

The cracking problem may be because you are in Texas and Matt is in B.C. Canada. Big difference in the sun and temp.
