Everyone will tell you King Cobra Clutch, Centerforce Dual friction, Spec stage 2.. I think that's it. I really don't think you can go too wrong if you don't beat on it. I just installed a Spec Stage 1 and it seems fine. Good feel, easy to press etc. I'd say Centerforce Dual friction is the most popular right now.

I LOVE the Centerforce dual friction in my car... It has easier pedal effort than stock, but grabs like a son of a beach.
I had a buddy who had a King Cobra clutch in his 92 gt, and I don't know if every car is the same, but that clutch felt stiff
as hell. No way i would've driven his car in stop and go traffic.

I had the Centerforce Dual Friction..... Hated it. The TOB Failed FAST and i hated the way the clutch engaged.

Now I have SACHS OEM replacement and LOVE IT!!!

Ford makes the only decent TOB. No matter what clutch you go with get a Ford TOB from the dealer or from summit racing for $51. I just bought one b/c the clutch in mine is being replaced. I went with the centerforce dual friction
