Good deal on this used TFS setup?

It is a TFS topend kit used,includes:wedge heads, 1.6 roller rockers, 6.60 push rods, stage 1 tfs cam, street heat upper and lower intake, stock tb injectors etc.. $1400 0b0---HOWEVER, this could be a big HOWEVER he bent 2 valves, but has 2 new valves that need to be assembled. Being brand new to this motor jiberish I have no idea what he is talking about LITERALLY lol, so is this all I need to get it in my car? Also, is it hard to assemble valves? Does this sound like a sketchy buy or a good one? There's 7-8k miles on this setup, sorry for all the questions I have just really been weighing out my possibilities with selling this car or making it the way I want it.

Have the heads checked out by a machine shop and determine how much the repair is going to cost. That's the only way to be sure.
