Good stuff for Broncos = good stuff for stangs?

I came across this thread a while back when looking for stuff to do to my Bronco. It's a really good writeup on advancing the timing and upgrading the ignition. I planned to do it to my Bronco and I'm guessing it will work on my Mustang right? My truck's a 5.8L but it also works with the 5.0L Broncos so I'm thinking about doing it all to the Stang. Do the Mustangs come with the same stock timing? I think that's about all I need to know before I go to buying parts.

Well i know my truck ( 95 F150 with a 302) just like the stang has the same stock timing. HEHE when it was stock.... so i would think the timing is all about the same for the 302's except maybe a explorer..... anyone have any more info

I plan on doing this mod for sure but I just wanted to check and see if the 13-14* timing they shot for for the Broncos would be the same... maybe...
