The Police usually turn a blind eye.However this seller really hiked the freight, put the 2 lamps in a box and sent them across the atlantic with no packing inside, one was almost smashed to pieces.After the usually ignoring of my mails, i left him a red blot on his feedback, then i get a "why did you not send it back for swap or refund"?
