Here's the newest beater.

Here's a couple from when I first got it...these were actually taken friday however I traded last sunday. The car was dirty in these pics because the rain we got this week plus the front driverside caliper was hanging up (brake dust). I had already shortened the antenna in these pics.

Friday, I pulled the seats and vaccumed then scrubbed the plastic panels and moved the spoiler back close to 3 inches.

Saturday, I put the mach 1 grill delete in, mach 1 chin spoiler, clay bar, quick wax, and got the windows retinted.

Sunday, I replaced the front calipers after doing a quick paint job on them

Next is to try and get rid of them cloth seats, i'd like to sell the eibach prokit and get some sportlines or H&R super sports, and sell these 17" bullitt wheels and get some black 18" fr500's or bullitts. The car is a DD which I plan to keep for a while so performance mods are out of the question for the most part. I have all the parts to do a 5 speed swap but the auto will also be staying so my wife can have a mustang to play with as well, but a converter maybe come into play sometime down the road to make this automatic tolerable along with the j-mod which i'll be doing SOON.

Looks sweet and the upgrades definately help in the looks dept. I really like the spoiler moved back - should have come that way stock. Congrats.

Love the car! but im not feeling the wheel's I think she would look better with some black or anthracite bullitt's with the polished lip, or even better some Mach 1 wheels....

I'm not a huge fan of yellow but naturally I didn't have a lot of choice but I'm still in the air with the spoiler myself, however the stock location made it even worst IMO.

The wheels I agree with, I'm not a big chrome person and as mentioned would like to go with some black 18" fr500's or bullitts (maybe).

It's definately not as quick as the ls1 but that's okay as I drive 100 miles a day and need something reliable. lol j/k...it was a great car in the short time I had it but I'm a mustang guy. If I didn't have the s197 a five speed swap would already have been done.
