I got mine from him as well. He is a great guy to deal with. The headlights will fog up if you don't put more sealant on them though. I have had to seal mine a couple times so far. I also had to use some chrome tape to patch up some of the chrome that got eaten away by the condensation. Mine have been good for a while now though O0 And they look awesome.

Those headlights look great on the car especially with tinted tails and windows. Like all headlights you should run a bead of clear silicone around the seal to make sure they are good.

Can people with these lights post some good pics of them? I'm definitely getting some smoked headlights for my Cobra but I'm a little concerned that the chrome might come off them a little too easy after reading SgtMike's post. When you say use silicone for install where do you put it, around the bulb?

As long as you catch it as soon as the seal breaks you should be fine. Maybe half of the backside turned to a yellowish color. I will take a close-up pic when I get home if I can find my camera. You wouldn't notice it if I didnt point it out.

Onyx.... SgtMike, Matt, and I think wyotechmsa who is MOTM now got them from Art and they all have pics go check them out in the members rides section, they look great. I think Trey(txcobra) has them also.
I emailed Art to see about ordering and all that good stuff just to know ahead of time. He said he would get back to me soon about how many he had in stock. As far as when we would order I would just say soon as we could? So maybe a day or so after we got our 5th person? Not really sure, I was just going to check with the 5 or more people that we got and see when was a good time.

Well, now I'm a bit concerened about paying $160+ for a set of lights I will have to re-seal myself anyways. It seems like a BIG waste of money for something that is just going to F-up in the future??? Anyone else think so?? I might just get some clears and be done with it instead..... I'm not so sure about this now.

yeah this is why im looking at cobras i just dropped money on clears like ....7 months ago and they are junk...aftermarket seals blow ass no matter what color lenses....if i had known this maybe my lights would still be good.....its really just a precaution.....there not saying they are going to leak but if you do the extra step you wont have to worry about them...
